How scoring works
The assessment has 20 scored questions, four in each of five equally weighted dimensions. Each answer earns points:
- Not in place: 0
- Informal or inconsistent: 1
- Partially established: 2
- Established and consistently practiced: 3
Dimension score = dimension points ÷ 12 × 100. Overall readiness = total points ÷ 60 × 100.
"Not sure" is treated as unassessed, not as zero. If any question is marked "Not sure," no overall score is shown, and the affected dimension is shown as a partial result: points earned out of the points possible on the questions you answered.
Readiness levels: 0–24% Early Exploration · 25–49% Building Readiness · 50–74% Advancing · 75–100% Established Foundations. These are preliminary self-assessment bands, not validated industry benchmarks.
The four context questions about your organization do not affect your score. They are used only to tailor recommendations. Recommendations follow fixed, rule-based logic, and no AI service is used.
